  1. Pick a flat surface

    Lay out the tiles on a clean, level floor. A hard, even base gives you the best response and the brightest, clearest sound underfoot.

    Tip · Sweep the area first so no grit gets trapped under the tiles.

  2. Add the optional underlayment

    If you want added comfort and sound control, roll out the optional rubber underlayment across the area before you place the tiles.

  3. Plan your layout

    Decide on the size of your floor and dry-set the first row along a straight edge so the rest of the tiles follow a clean line.

  4. Snap the tiles together

    Press the interlocking edges of each tile into the next until they seat. No tools, glue, or tape are needed.

  5. Square up the floor

    Walk the perimeter, press down any high edges, and confirm the tiles sit flush so the surface is even from end to end.
