Warranty

Every floor we sell is backed by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by product line:

• VersaStep Pro, Rosco Adagio, Rosco Adagio Tour, Rosco Performance Floor: 5-year limited warranty
• ProStep Reversible, Rosco Reversible, Rosco Duette, Rosco Chroma: 3-year limited warranty

What's covered

Manufacturing defects such as material flaws, delamination, or premature wear-through under normal use.

What's not covered

• Improper installation
• Misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Normal wear, scuffs, or rosin buildup
• Damage from unsuitable cleaners (vinegar, bleach, wax, solvents) or steam mops
• Installation over carpet, padding, or an uneven subfloor

Custom-cut rolls & samples

Custom-cut rolls are covered for manufacturing defects but are otherwise non-returnable. Please order free samples and confirm your measurements before purchasing. See our Refund Policy for details.

How to make a claim

Email support@danceflooringinc.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or repair of the affected area at no cost.

Inspect on arrival

Inspect your floor before installing and report shipping damage or visible defects within 7 days of delivery. Installation is considered acceptance of the product's condition.
