What the call covers

- Freight expectations: rolls ship LTL on a pallet, curbside with liftgate

What it doesn't
- Installation service or site visits. We spec it; your team or contractor lays it.
- Heat welded seams. That is professional installer territory; we will say so.
- Guaranteed ship dates on the call. Custom cuts ship in 3 to 5 business days once confirmed, and dates are confirmed at order time.
Custom cuts are final sale. That is why we measure twice.
A cut roll is made for your room and cannot go back into inventory. Our whole process exists to make sure the floor that arrives is exactly the floor you wanted.
