Tax-Exempt Ordering

Dance studios, schools, churches, and nonprofits order from us every day. If your organization holds a state sales tax exemption or resale certificate, we'll set you up so tax comes off automatically at checkout. It takes about two minutes.

How it works

1. Email us your certificate.
Send your state exemption or resale certificate to support@danceflooringinc.com, along with the email address you'll use to check out. Prefer to upload it yourself? Just ask and we'll arrange a secure upload link.

2. We verify it.
We validate your certificate and attach it to your account. We'll email you a confirmation as soon as it's active.

3. Order tax-free.
Log in with that same email whenever you order, and sales tax is removed automatically at checkout. No codes, no waiting for a revised invoice.

Already placed an order?

No problem. Send us your certificate and we'll refund the sales tax from your recent order back to your original payment method.

A couple of quick notes

• Your certificate needs to be valid for the state your floor ships to.
• Be sure you're logged in at checkout. Guest orders can't be matched to your exemption.
