Here's what to expect from the moment you order to the day your floor arrives. For the legal terms, see our Shipping Policy.
Processing times
Times vary by product, color, and availability — for the most accurate dispatch and ship dates, check the individual product page before you buy. Some colors are made to order or on pre-order; the product page shows the exact ship date for each. The estimates below are a general guide:
- In-stock items (mats, kits, accessories, full rolls in stock): dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Custom-cut rolls: cut and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Pre-order items: ship on the date shown on the product page.
- Free samples: mailed within 1–3 business days, shipped free.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates based on size, weight, and your destination — we don't build shipping into the product price. Smaller cuts and accessories ship by parcel carrier; full rolls and long or heavy cuts ship by LTL freight.
Freight deliveries
Full rolls and large orders ship on a pallet via freight. The carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and delivery is curbside — plan to have a hand on site to help move the roll inside. Please inspect freight shipments on arrival.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states from a network of U.S. warehouses.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Inspect on arrival
Please inspect your floor before installing and report any shipping damage or visible defects within 7 days of delivery. Installation is considered acceptance of the product's condition.
